Artist: Jim Salem's love of nature and ability to capture the essence & beauty of the land,flora and bird life has made his paintings part of many prominent private & corporate collections. Jim's work also has been featured in publications such as Art News, Florida Home & Garden & Architectural Digest.
Jim grew up in mountains of Pennsylvania painting the beautiful vistas & bird life. For many years Jim traveled from PA.to spend the winters in the Florida Keys exploring & painting the exotic ecology,flora & bird life. Jim now resides in the Keys painting everyday, teaching art and is part owner of The Coco-Salem Gallery in Key West, FL.
Belizean Artists: Leo Vasques & Chuy, both artists reside in Belize and grew up in Ambergris Key, Belize. Similar to Jim they are nature painters that are also interested in preserving and capturing the beauty of their ecological surroundings. Leo is noted for his bright, colorful & textured (palette knife) sailboats.
Chuy noted for his stars & moonlit skies.
